Is recovering from Fibromyalgia possible?

Published on April 4, 2023

There is no cure for Fibromyalgia. But is this really true?

If you have received the scary diagnosis of Fibromyalgia, you have probably also been told there is no cure. Consequently, you have had to face the fact that a life without pain is not possible for you.

But is this true?

In our experience, no, it is not true.

You may find it surprising to learn that Mindbody Syndrome and Fibromyalgia are actually one and the same, therefore your condition can be cured.

But to begin your recovery you will need to reject much of what you previously believed to be true about fibromyalgia and embrace a new way of thinking about everything to do with the condition. This new way of thinking addresses the root problem of Fibromyalgia – your mind.

This can be a bitter pill to swallow particularly if your identity has somehow become enmeshed with your diagnosis, but we have seen staggering results for those prepared to take this leap of faith. These are the people who want to get better with all their being and are prepared to do the work necessary to make a full recovery.

Many Fibromyalgia sufferers feel like victims and given the usual prognosis it is easy to understand why. But the prognosis you have been given doesn’t need to become the stick you beat yourself with. Your current prognosis is just an opinion based on the Western biomedical model of health. If you shift your healing to a more holistic Mindbody approach like The Pain Recovery Program, you will see and experience what is possible for your body and your life.

As hard as it may be to believe, you are one decision away from living an entirely pain-free life.

Fibromyalgia is a condition that we can help you with. We have an in-depth understanding of fibromyalgia and have developed an effective treatment program for your recovery from this chronic pain condition.
