your distinct therapeutic requirements and then begin creating a programme around those specific

dual diagnosis and addiction and has a holistic approach designed to ensure restoration of your

Dialectical Behavior Therapy
DBT is an advanced psychotherapy approach, frequently used in the treatment of dual diagnosis.
Although DBT has achieved prominence with the treatment of personality disorders, it has proven
highly beneficial in equipping one with practical coping tools to counteract the negative effects of
trauma and a range of compulsive behaviors. The focal elements include core mindfulness, distress
tolerance, emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness.
